One of the Finest resources in Dallas today is Casey Waller's Caravanserai Gallery in the World Trade Center. Featuring one-of-a-kind, Central Asian tribal carpets and artifacts.

Caravanserai's extensive inventory is a facinating reflection of Mr. Waller's years of exotic travel. Mr. Waller, a fourth generation Texan, began gathering nomadic rugs, art and textiles in the early 70's while working for a Texas oil company in the Middle East.

Part of the pleasure of visiting the Caravanserai Gallery is gleaning the wealth of knowledge Mr. Waller has aquired through his many years of travels and love of the Central Asian tribal groups. The Caravanserai showroom has endless fascinating objects, and as Casey Waller buys directly from the families, each piece has it's own unique history.

The treasures at Caravanserai range from hand-made carpets and kilims, to one of the finest Lakai collections in the World, and also boasts one of the finest and most complete collections in the Western World of Central Asian silver and gold pieces from dowries of the Turkoman women, as well as museum textiles.
